Troubleshooting
Invoice Unpaid
Invoice showing as unpaid?
- Card: check with your bank that the transaction went through. Try a different card if needed.
- Crypto: double-check you sent the right amount to the right address. Look up the transaction on a blockchain explorer.
Crypto Payment Not Confirmed
Crypto needs a certain number of network confirmations before it's credited.
- Find your transaction hash (TXID) in your wallet
- Check confirmation status on a blockchain explorer
- If confirmed but not showing in your account, contact support with the TXID
VPS Not Active After Payment
Payment confirmed but service still not active?
- Wait a few minutes. Provisioning can take up to 15 minutes
- Refresh the page
- Still not active after 30 minutes? Open a support ticket
Overdue Invoice
If an invoice goes unpaid, your service may be suspended.
- Go to Billing and find the overdue invoice
- Click to open it and pay
- Your service comes back online after payment confirms
