Log in to your QDE billing portal or control panel.
Log In to QDE
QDE has two portals:

| Billing Portal | portal.qde.com | Order VPS, pay invoices, access services |
| Control Panel | cloud.qde.com | Install OS, reboot, view IP |
Just bought a VPS? Log in to the Billing Portal first. Go to Services, find your VPS, and click Access Control Panel.
How to Log In
- Go to portal.qde.com or cloud.qde.com
- Enter your email and password
- Click Sign In
Forgot Password?
- Click Forgot Password? on the login page
- Enter your email
- Check your inbox for a reset link
- Set a new password
- Log in
Reset links expire. If yours doesn't work, request a new one.
Common Issues
| Problem | Fix |
|---|---|
| "Invalid credentials" | Check your email and password. Passwords are case-sensitive |
| Account locked | Too many failed attempts. Wait a few minutes, then try again or reset your password |
| Email not recognized | Make sure you're using the email you registered with |
| No reset email | Check spam. Still nothing? Contact support |
